With over 15 years experience in luxury European hospitality and trained as a butler in London, Daniel grew up in Malta and spent his childhood years visiting Ireland which prompted his move from Malta to pursue studies in International Hospitality Management at Shannon College of Hotel Management. During this time, he was fortunate enough be under the esteemed mentorship of Colm Hannon, a true shining pillar in hospitality, living on the Luttrellstown Castle Estate and to date has planned over 150 weddings onsite.

Daniel was born into a family of authentic feelers who care for their neighbour, and from a young age realised that listening, opening minds and caring for others felt right. This sparked his flair for true hospitality and creating events that allow us to feel and connect. 

He has lived and worked in luxury hotels across Europe, with a focus on UHNWIs and entertainment artists. He holds accreditations with Forbes Travel Guide, the Irish Hospitality Institute, LQA, Virtuoso.

When he is not planning events, Daniel is likely to be found pottering in the garden, exploring and getting lost somewhere with Arthur the Irish greyhound, chatting to strangers in the pub, sampling hospitality offerings, or immersed in a cabin in nature. 

Beginning with Bohemian Creatives in 2022, Malachi is immersed within creative and holistic coordination. Incredibly detailed oriented and forever sporting a fresh hair colour, he sees past the veil into the psychology of events, ensuring tranquility, accessibility and a person-centered approach that will leave you with lasting memories.

As the proud in-house Irish man, he spends his time with family between Dublin and Mayo, connecting with the mythical lands, and creating fluorescent art. Understanding the impact culture can have, Malachi creates brand merch and opportunities with pride. He infuses many work projects with his fluency in Irish.

Clémentine joined Bohemian Creatives in April 2025 after completing a Master’s degree in International Business in France. Originally from France, she speaks French, English, and Spanish, and enjoys working in creative, multicultural environments which is perfect for our international couples and multinational corporates. She supports the team across weddings, corporate events, and social media.

Her passion for cinema helped her develop a strong eye for storytelling and aesthetics, which she brings into everything she does.

She naturally cares for others, service, and the little touches that make people feel special. She loves being part of the Bohemian Creatives team, which values creativity, care, and meaningful moments.

Based between London & Dublin, Aisling is on hand to meet our overseas clients and couples, ensuring we are always able to connect in person, listen and be present for you. It seems many of our couples are London or US based and we prefer to connect in person. She is a true ray of sunshine bringing smiles wherever she goes, with extensive experience in luxury wedding and corporate hospitality.

She is a professionally trained yogi and florist with a Masters in International Event Management. Often found making floral arrangements, calmly getting through an orchestra of tasks, sampling the latest bib gourmand and globetrotting. 

Having worked diligently through his younger years across Ireland, Arthur is happily embracing middle age. He serves as a reminder to live the everyday, appreciate where we have come from, be present and find joy. He ensures we are connecting with those who are as passionate about hospitality and connected to the living world as we are. His primary focus is grub, cuddles and ensuring Daniel finds balance. He is likely to be seen on gorgeous country estates conducting site visits or meeting clients, prancing about Portobello, in a pub reminding us to connect with strangers and smile, or running about somewhere on this Emerald Isle we call home.
